Audition for the TMSingers
Be a part of the TMChoir’s professional ensemble
Led by Artistic Director and Conductor Jean-Sébastien Vallée, the Toronto Mendelssohn Singers, the TMChoir’s professional vocal ensemble of 24-voices, premiered in October 2022 to critical acclaim. Their premiere concert, The Pilgrim’s Way, was hailed as a “musical journey… that will resonate long in the minds of artists and audience alike.” [Large Stage Live].
Members of the TMSingers (24 singers) perform in TMChoir concerts, singing as part of the full TMChoir and as a separate ensemble. They will also perform as a professional chamber ensemble representing the organization in performances and educational activities. Members of the TMSingers also have the opportunity to audition for solos throughout the year. The TMChoir and TMSingers are led by Artistic Director Jean-Sébastien Vallée.
If you are an amateur singer looking to audition to be a regular member of the TMChoir, please visit Audition for the TMChoir.
Singers who are offered a place in the TMSingers will receive competitive pay and a contract for one year.
